The manuscript is submitted to the editorial board in electronic format via the email address of the editor-in-chief of the journal – Doctor of Philosophy . Sergey Petrovich Nesterkin: sn3716@gmail.com in the Word editor.

When creating the electronic version of the article, the following rules should be followed:

– UDC index, BBK (in the upper left corner);

– title of the article (in capital letters, left-aligned), initials and surnames of the authors, place of work in Russian; the author’s email address is given without the word «e-mail»;

Information about acknowledgments to organizations or institutions, scientific supervisors, and other persons who assisted in the preparation of the article should be preceded by the word «Acknowledgments«.

The text should be placed on A4 sheets, justified across the page width, taking into account margins (left – 25 mm, right – 20 mm, top – 20 mm, bottom – 20 mm), typed in Times New Roman font, size – 14, line spacing – 1.5 (one and a half). Paragraph indents should be the same throughout the text – 1.25 cm (creating a paragraph line using spaces or the «Tab» key is not allowed). Quotation marks («»), brackets ([ ], ( )), markers, and other signs should be kept consistent throughout the submitted material. Words within a paragraph are separated by a single space.

Page numbering is mandatory (in the upper right corner).

At the end of the manuscript, a list of references is placed. The list of references is formatted in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 «Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules for compilation» and is arranged in alphabetical order. References to cited sources in the text of the article are given in square brackets, indicating the author’s surname and the year of publication of the source (for example: [Ivanov 1997]). If a cited quotation enclosed in quotation marks is used in the text, the page on which this quotation is located in the cited source must be indicated (for example: [Ivanov 1997: 107]). In bibliographic descriptions of books, the publisher and the total number of pages must be indicated.

In the list of references, literature in Russian is listed first, followed by literature in foreign languages, and separately the transliteration of the list of references according to GOST 7.79-2000 (System B).

The author is obliged to provide references to all types of published and unpublished documents. Bibliographic descriptions in the list of references are compiled in the language of the publication.

Hyphenation is automatic (service, language, hyphenation). Do not use forced (manual) hyphens.

Tables should be made in table mode (insert table), not drawn by hand. The word «Table» should be placed in the upper right corner. The table title should be centered. For example,

Title

If the table is large, it should be placed on a separate page or separate pages, indicating Continuation of Table 1 or, accordingly, End of Table 1 (in the upper right corner).

Each table is placed after a reference to it (e.g., Table 1) and must have a numbering and thematic heading. The width of the table should not exceed the text column width. Do not include a separate «Units of measurement» column.

References to tables in the text are mandatory. If the article has only one table, it is not numbered. Tables should not break a sentence; they should be placed after a paragraph. When referring to a table again, write: (see Table 1). If a sentence begins with the word «table,» this word is written in full; if the specified word is in the middle or at the end of a sentence, it is written in abbreviated form: (Table 1).

Below the table, it is necessary to indicate the source on which this table is based (for example: Table compiled from: GARB, f.1, d.2, op. 3, l.4; or: Regions of Russia: reference book. – M.: Goskomstat, 2017. P. 58).

At the end of the article, provide the following information about dates: The article was received by the editorial office ……; approved after review ……; accepted for publication …..

Without appropriate formatting of the article for publication, the publisher will not accept it.

The author is fully responsible for the content and style of the work.
