The beginning of Geshe\u2019s activities in Russia can be traced in a historical retrospective, when His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, after arriving in Tuva in 1992, sent his disciple, a heart student, to Russia. The author considers some facts of the biography of Geshe Tinley, the essence of his tireless effort.
